This is a combination of cyberpunk style and ancient Chinese style scene. Many Chinese-style buildings with neon lights stand at night. There are many rusted metal lotus lights in the water and on the shore. There are also fish shaped hot air balloons and dragon shaped lanterns floating in the sky.
The overall modeling concept is a sleepless city that combine Chinese ancient style with future technology. The neon lights and ancient Chinese architecture in the night just correspond to the future of technological development and the past of Chinese style.
